Of course, you can request a team to be sent to your place of work to repair or renovate anything at all, but why not save money where you can by combining minor bits and pieces of decorating work with another, more substantial job involving similar work?

Our C|S|M maintenance teams carry out this kind of work throughout London, and we are often requested to carry out touch ups and areas of redecoration in offices, reception areas and WC’s etc.

However, we don’t recommend that large areas are left like this because, no matter how skillful the maintenance man is - constantly touching up areas of a large expanse will show the touch up marks. At C-S-M we are able to offer a complete redecoration service with our professional decorating team via our C|S|M small works team.

We may be asked to spot paint or to patch a piece of wallpaper which has been damaged, and we have no problem with that provided the paint and the paper are currently in use.

 Disruption to normal working?

Our highly experienced staff always bear this in mind and they always do their best to keep any disruption to your normal working day to a bare minimum. But the very fact that you have called our team in to do some minor work alongside a larger job suggests that there may well be some disruption from one or the other.

If in doubt you can always request this work be done outside of normal working hours; evenings, weekends and holiday times. If the works are small enough we could complete them on a handyperson day.
